My qualifications and background
Being a professional development consultant has enabled me to breathe new life into my career... and now it's my turn to help people make successful career transitions, find their purpose in the workplace or increase the meaning of their professional involvement.
Having some fifteen years' experience in social and community movements and being very open-minded, I've always been fascinated by the complexity, richness and potential of human beings. I firmly believe in each person's potential and their right to realize their full potential in dignity.
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Career Development from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM - Profil Honor et Mention d'honneur) since 2022, I have been helping people in their professional development since 2020. I am currently completing a Master's degree in Career Counseling at UQÀM (graduation expected by winter 2025).
My approach
By offering my career counseling services, I want to shine a light on each∙person's unique potential and help build a world + inclusive of all diversities.
~
My approach is professional and rigorous, yet warm, authentic, concrete and solution-oriented.
I make a point of adapting my interventions to the needs and realities of each person. I'm not here to judge, I'm here to help!
~
I accompany people with kindness, while helping them to face reality in a working world where power relationships are rarely favorable to marginalized populations.
~
I draw my inspiration from the humanist, constructivist and cognitive-behavioral currents (especially Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or ACT).
