Psychometric tests and tools

Psychometric tools are used as one means, among others, to help you achieve the goal of your career counseling process. There are many psychometric tests and tools available. Click here to learn more about the ones I offer because I'm qualified to interpret them for you.

Operating trends - Épreuve groupements

(can be completed in english)

About this tool...

L’Épreuve Groupements is an assessment of how you function, particularly in terms of decision-making, whether or not you take the initiative, your relationship with power and authority, whether or not you need autonomy and rigor, and so on. The value of this tool lies in its ability to bring out elements that will help you identify the type of work environment likely to suit you (for example, a job where you'll be highly supervised vs. where you'll benefit from a great deal of autonomy, and vice-versa). It can also help you identify any obstacles to your career development. It also helps your consultant to understand your relationship with the world, so that she can take this into account in her further work with you.

AFC Holland Test (RIASEC)

(can be completed in english)

About this psychometric test...

This interest test targets your interests according to the Holland typology (or RIASEC model), which identifies 6 personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional. It measures 4 dimensions: your professional interests, your sense of competence, your personal traits and what is likely to bring you happiness at work. It is particularly useful for effective career exploration. Whether it's your first career choice or a (potential) professional transition, this tool helps you get to know yourself better, and discover jobs and professions in line with your interests. It provides access to a wealth of information on these jobs and professions, enabling you to make a more informed choice.

Personality indicator - MBTI

(can be completed in english)

About this tool...

The MBTI instrument allows us to identify your preferences in terms of how you direct your energy (Extraversion or Introversion), how you use information (Sensation or Intuition), how you decide or come to conclusions based on the information you gather (Thinking or Feeling) and how you approach the outside world (Judgment or Perception). It doesn't measure your skills or abilities, but helps you become aware of your personal and professional style, strengths and areas for development according to your type (a combination of your preferences). Each of the 16 types has its own strengths and challenges. As a result, this instrument helps you to better understand yourself and others, to improve your communication skills and your ability to understand and reduce conflict. It will help you choose a work environment that suits you, and equip you to deal with your superiors and colleagues.
